"Paul is absolutely brilliant. We recently moved into a new house and we used the grill and only half of it worked. The dishwasher also leaked when used so I made an enquiry about this. Paul asked for the model number for the grill and took the time to message explaining there were 2 options as to why it wasnt fully working ( user error on my part) he also explained about reasons why the dishwasher might be leaking which have been a massive help. He could have easily come out and charged a call out fee but he genuinely wanted to help which is so refreshing and massively appreciated. If I have any issues in the future I wouldn't hesitate to contact Paul to fix. Thanks so much Paul!"
