"Deservedly Highly Rated 1. Extensive Product Range Knowledge. 2. Technically Adept in All Things Double Glazing. 3. Top Drawer Customer Service Approach. After a fruitless search amongst those 5 star rated double glazing companies that you see on here, (they either couldn’t be bothered to reply or weren’t up to fulfilling my requirements) a quick thought outside the box led me to the website of Window Geeks. Right from the outset, what I really liked was the ‘can do’ approach and the willingness to come up with a solution to my requirements shown by Window Geeks. I needed to upgrade my existing double glazed units to provide solar control, although probably not the sort of request that they receive every day, Window Geeks were totally unfazed by this. Every response was very quick from the booking to measure up to the supply of a quotation for the work to be done. Antony was assigned to fulfil the work and really took ownership from the start right through to completion. Neil’s expertise provided me with a very reasonable quotation and guidance on the things that weren’t necessary keeping costs down for the final draft of the quotation. I had a couple of other bits of repair work (hinges, locks, fascias) that I felt needed doing to the uPVC frames at the same time, this too was no problem for Window Geeks. Neil sourced 9 new double glazed solar control units for me from ‘Ambient’ range of local manufacturer ‘Custom Glass’ which reject 65% of solar heat, this was pretty much what I was looking for. Antony fitted the units on the day, I’m really happy with the results, my double glazing is probably older than Antony but I feel the work was still very worth while (I could have paid 5x the total price with one of these 5 star double glazing outfits) The ultimate test of customer satisfaction is found in returning customers – I’ll be back on the website in a couple of weeks to request the same for the rest of my double glazing units.
