He was prompt with his quote ,oh and turned up when he said he would . The work was carried out today 6/6/26 and his attention to detail and the detail in keeping my kitchen units,windows and floor clean was next level. The work was carried out to a very high standard. "I have been very pleased with Ben's professionalism. We had a problem with damp-proofing in the passageway and porch of our home. He came quickly, looked at the problem a nd gave us dates for when he could do the work. He came when he said he would, worked hard for 2 days and was very polite. He cut out the plaster from the areas affected one day and a few days later, damp-proofed the areas and excellently re-plastered the walls to match the rest of the walls so that once they had gradually dried we could re-paint again. He cleaned up all the work areas and left the rooms tidy. He even gave us a discount on his quote as he discovered one part of a wall did not need the work. Great job and a great worker."
